The three plans

Plan Month-to-month Billed annually In short
Growth $1,999/month $1,499/month The core marketing program for an established trade
Elite $3,999/month $2,999/month More channels at once, and half price on Trades.Agency website design packages
Enterprise $7,999/month $5,999/month Your own dedicated marketing team, priority support, and a website designed and built free (any package)

There is no long-term contract on any tier: billing runs month to month, and a 30-day notice ends it. Annual commitments carry the lower price shown. The full plan details and current terms are on the Trades.Agency pricing page; if anything there differs from this page, the parent site is the current version.

Eligible trades businesses can start with a free 30-minute consultation, separate from any plan.

What drives your cost

The plan fee is only part of what you spend on marketing. The full picture has three parts:

  1. Our monthly fee, from the table above.
  2. Ad spend, paid directly to Google or other platforms. It is set by you, guided by your break-even cost per lead.
  3. One-off items, such as a new website if your plan does not include one, professional photography, or vehicle and site signage.

What pushes a plan choice up or down:

  • Number of services and buyer types. A plumber selling only residential drain work needs less than one also chasing condo boards and warehouse contracts.
  • How many wards and nearby cities you cover. A tight base in Ward 1 and Ward 2 is simpler to run than a service area from Lakeview to Milton.
  • Channels. Local SEO alone is lighter than local SEO plus ads, commercial outreach and a main-street program.
  • Pace. If you need results this season, more work happens up front.

Working out a budget you can defend

Use your own numbers. Here is a worked example for a Mississauga electrical contractor:

  • Average residential job: $1,500
  • Gross margin: 40%, so $600 gross profit per job
  • Close rate: 35% of leads become jobs
  • Gross profit per lead: $600 × 0.35 = $210

If the company wants to pay no more than about a third of that for a lead, its target cost per lead is roughly $70. If it can take 20 more jobs a month, it needs about 57 more leads (20 ÷ 0.35). At $70 each, that is about $4,000 of total monthly marketing cost, combining fee and ad spend.

At that level, Growth plus a modest ad budget is realistic. A company with double the job value could justify Elite. A company with half the job value should start smaller and lean harder on local SEO and reviews, which cost less per lead over time.

This is planning arithmetic, not a forecast. We redo it with you using real numbers before recommending a plan.

How to choose

  • Growth: a single-location trade or local business that wants its profile, website, local search and one paid channel working properly.
  • Elite: a company running several channels, adding a commercial or main-street program, or needing a new site and wanting the 50% website discount.
  • Enterprise: a multi-crew or multi-service firm that wants a dedicated team and priority support, with a website design and build included.

If none of these fits, say so on the first call. We would rather recommend a smaller start, or no marketing at all until a bottleneck is fixed, than sell a plan that won't pay.

What you always get

Whatever the plan:

  • your accounts, website and data stay in your name
  • monthly reporting on calls, texts, emails, booked jobs and cost per lead
  • a named senior strategist rather than a rotating queue
  • the option to cancel on 30 days' notice

See the services hub for what each part of the work involves, the FAQ for contract and ownership questions, and the contact page to start.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Every plan runs month to month, and ending it takes 30 days' notice. Paying annually is optional and simply lowers the monthly rate.

Is ad spend included?

No. Ad budgets are paid directly to Google or other platforms from an account in your name. Our fee covers strategy, set-up, management and reporting.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute initial consultation, which is separate from the paid plans.

Do prices include tax?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Ontario clients add 13% HST.

Which plan do most Mississauga businesses start on?

Single-location trades usually start on Growth. Elite suits companies running several channels or adding commercial work, and Enterprise suits multi-crew firms that want a dedicated team.
