The answers above cover the questions that come up most often when Mississauga owners first talk to us. Below are a few topics that need more room than a short answer.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $1,999 a month month-to-month, or $1,499 a month billed annually, with Elite at $3,999 ($2,999 annually) and Enterprise at $7,999 ($5,999 annually). Prices are in Canadian dollars plus 13% HST for Ontario clients. Ad spend is separate.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. You can walk away from any plan with 30 days' notice, because billing is month to month. Owners who prefer a lower rate can choose annual billing instead.

How long before I see results?

Ads can produce calls within the first few weeks. Profile fixes often help within a month or two, and stronger local SEO results usually take three to six months. We will tell you which applies to your situation on the first call.

We tried an agency before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

We can't promise it will be, but we can show you how we would know. We agree a cost-per-lead ceiling and target wards before spending, track every call and text, and report booked jobs, not just clicks. If a channel misses its targets for two months, we change course.

Who owns the website and the ad accounts?

You do. Your domain, website, Business Profile, ad accounts and data stay in your name. If you leave, you keep everything.

Can you promise rankings or a number of leads?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Search platforms change, competitors react and your capacity matters. We commit to a clear plan, honest reporting and quick changes when something isn't working.

What do the monthly reports include?

Calls, texts and emails by source, booked jobs where your team records them, cost per lead, enquiries by ward, and a short note on what we changed and why.

Are you a contractor or a lead-selling service?

Neither. We don't do any trade work, and we don't sell your leads to others. We plan and run your marketing and advise on growth.

Which businesses do you work with?

Trades and home-service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC firms, roofers, renovators, cleaners and landscapers, plus main-street shops, studios and service counters across Mississauga.

Do you work outside Mississauga?

Yes, when your service area extends there. Many clients also cover Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville or Milton, and we plan for that.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute initial consultation, separate from any plan.

Where are your case studies from?

They are results from our HVAC work, such as CombiBoiler.ca and Roma Heating & Cooling. We show them as evidence of the method, not as results in other trades.

Do I need a new website?

Not always. If your current site is on a sound platform, rewriting key pages and fixing speed and the contact path may be enough. We check before recommending a rebuild.

How do I get started?

Call, text or email with your trade, your base and the areas you want to grow in. We usually reply within one business day.

Price and value

The monthly fee is easy to compare. The value is harder, and it depends on your numbers, not ours. Before choosing any plan, work out your gross profit per lead: average job value, times gross margin, times close rate. If that figure is $200, a $70 lead is a good buy and a $250 lead is not, however impressive the campaign looks. The pricing page walks through a full example, and the guide to your first 90 days shows how we use the number to set budgets.

Contracts and ownership

Two rules protect you. First, no long contract: month-to-month terms with 30 days' notice mean we keep your business only by producing results you can see. Second, everything is yours. We work inside accounts in your name, so if you ever leave, there is no hostage negotiation over a domain, a Business Profile or years of ad data.

If you are coming from another agency, check now who owns your accounts. It is common to find the ad account or domain registered to the agency rather than the business. We can help you sort that out before or after you hire us.

If an agency let you down before

Most disappointing agency relationships share the same pattern: no agreed target, reports full of impressions and clicks, and no link between spend and booked work. When we review a past campaign, we usually look at four things:

  1. Was call and text tracking set up, and did it work?
  2. Were the ads and pages aimed at the wards you can actually serve?
  3. Were obvious junk searches excluded?
  4. Did anyone answer the phone when leads came in?

Often the problem is fixable. Sometimes it isn't a marketing problem at all. Either way, you will hear it plainly.

Reporting you can read in five minutes

Our reports open with a short summary: what came in, what it cost, what booked, and what we are changing next month. The detail follows for anyone who wants it. We would rather you read one clear page each month than skim a long one.

Timelines, honestly stated

Owners often ask when they will "see it working". The fair answer has three parts. Paid search shows early signals within the first few weeks, because ads can run as soon as tracking is in place. Business Profile fixes, such as correct categories, a realistic service area and fresh photos, often show up in profile actions within a month or two. Organic rankings for competitive services in Mississauga take longer, typically three to six months, and keep improving after that if the work continues.

What slows things down is rarely the marketing itself. It is waiting on photos, approvals or access to old accounts. Gathering those in the first week saves a month later.

Who we are not a good fit for

We would rather say this early. We are probably not the right choice if:

  • you need a large volume of leads within days and have no way to answer them
  • you want promised placements, which nobody can honestly sell
  • your margins are so thin that a lead at any realistic price loses money
  • you want someone to do the trade work itself, since we are a marketing and consulting service, not a contractor

If any of those apply, a short call can still help you decide what to fix first.
