How to reach us

• Call (604) 632-4959 if you want to talk it through now.
• Text the same number if you are on a job site and can't talk. A few lines is enough to start.
• Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send numbers, screenshots or links to your current site and ad accounts.

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Pacific time, which is noon to 9 pm in Mississauga. That makes us easy to reach after your crews are off the road.

What to include in your first message

You don't need to write much, but a few details let us give a useful answer on the first reply:

1. Your trade or business type, and the main services you want more of.
2. Your base: the ward, neighbourhood or nearest intersection.
3. The areas you want to grow in, and any you want to avoid.
4. Your rough numbers: average job value, how many quotes you win out of ten, and how much spare capacity you have.
5. What you have tried, including any agency, ads or directories, and what happened.
6. Your website address, if you have one.

A first text you can copy

Feel free to adapt this template:

A first email you can copy

What happens next

1. We reply, usually within one business day, by the channel you used.
2. A first conversation, about 30 minutes. For eligible trades businesses this initial consultation is free. We look at your numbers, your area and what is already in place.
3. A short written plan, if it makes sense to continue: what we would do first, what it would cost under our pricing, and what results you should judge us on.
4. Your decision. There is no pressure and no long contract. If you go ahead, plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

We use your contact details only to reply to you and to discuss your business. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we only email people who have contacted us first. Please don't send passwords by text or email; if we need access to an account, we will ask you to add us as a user so you stay in control.
